The Role:
This position will help scale best practice and understanding of Salesforce in our Los Angeles and Melbourne offices. This position will work closely with the Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams to identify strategic business needs and then deploy new business processes to meet these needs, often in conjunction with IT and the Salesforce team.
The individual in this role is a proactive and curious individual who is excited to contribute to the success of a fast-paced and energetic organization. In this role you will have to collaborate with many departments to automate and optimize business processes with the goal of enabling our global revenue teams to do their jobs more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for and hold teams to data integrity standards set by the Revenue Operations team
- Understand IBISWorld and Procurement rules deeply and advocate for best practice within the revenue teams you support
- Work closely with other members of the Revenue Operations team globally to understand and scale successful projects
- Support complex Salesforce reporting requests to answer business questions
- Maintain monthly revenue and BDM activity reports
- Assist with new hire onboarding to tools & best practice
- Maintain documentation around revenue and tool process
- Conduct training based off pain points or gaps in understanding that have been identified
- Work closely with revenue management to improve process and tracking of key metrics
- Perform other duties as required analysis
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in economic research, finance, business or equivalent
- Above average communication skills, including excellent written and oral communication at all levels of the organization.
- Strong Salesforce reporting skills
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask many competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to analyze and understand existing SFDC processes and workflows and setup and propose options for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and lead projects across various locations and departments
