Skullcandy is seeking a vibrant, brand minded Sales Operations Analyst to support the Skullcandy Canada team. This is a 14-month maternity relieve position with the opportunity to review and extend to a full-time role. This opportunity is located at Skullcandy Canada in Vancouver, BC and will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning teams. The position is hybrid, and the candidate will be expected to be in the Vancouver-based office 2 to 3 times a week.

Provide weekly sales results, by account, at all-hands team meeting

Maintain the sell thru tracking and report results weekly

Maintain the product assortment files and highlight change and necessary adjustments

Complete and review market data (Circana) based competitive analysis/retailer analysis monthly, weekly.

Complete key market analysis, review sales results, and provide recommendations

Provide data and support for quarterly business reviews

Support the sales team in creating PowerPoint decks for day-to-day and seasonal needs

Manage submitted orders through to delivery to retailers

Oversee day-to-day operations for major retailers, including warehouse drops, PO corrections, 3PL correspondence and returns

Help oversee retailer accounts day-to-day operations: EDI transaction processing and troubleshooting, warehouse drops, account set-ups, PO corrections and returns.

Work with finance on A/R collections and invoicing coordination and any initiatives involving both departments

Provide support with key account vendor guidelines, help manage 3PL's order files to meet vendor requirements and cancel dates, assuring all compliance are met
Education: A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or analytical data support role.

Skills/Ability

Strong practical and theoretical understanding of the sell thru forecasting process

Experience in B2B wholesale operations for retail is an asset
- The ability to produce effective and supportive PowerPoint presentations

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required

Familiarity with Circana (formerly NPD) or consumer data is a plus

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics with ability to apply this intelligence to sales strategy; you see the problems coming and can get out in front of them

Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
