Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.
Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
🎯 Get Chosen
Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

At Partoo, our Operations team is actively engaged in collaborating with managers to operationalize their business vision and plays a pivotal role in optimizing essential tools and processes. As we continue to expand and refine our operations, we are currently searching for an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to elevate our efficiency to the next level. This role entails significant responsibility as a trusted business partner, working closely with managers to define ambitious targets and strategic plans that align with the company's growth objectives. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Operations and a proven track record of successful project management.

You will be attached to the Enterprise Team (6+ people) managed by Fanny with Agathe (Team Lead Ops Care & Success), Jim (Care Ops), Yann (Growth Ops), Greta (Sales Ops) & Facundo (BDR Ops)
- 🛠 Tools & Processes
- Lead the management and optimization of critical tools, including Salesforce, Docusign, and others, for the KAM & Sales teams
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows that enhance team productivity
- Define, implement, and lead the adoption of new processes and automations to elevate overall team efficiency and performance
- Continuously challenge and refine existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization to drive continuous improvement across the organization
- 📊 Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure the highest standards of CRM data quality and management, enabling accurate and reliable reporting and analytics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and intuitive dashboards for managers, facilitating easy monitoring and informed decision-making
- Conduct thorough analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable insights to guide company strategy in acquiring new clients and upselling them
- ⚙️ Strategy & Organization
- Collaborate closely with the managers to operationalize their business vision, fostering a collaborative environment and avoiding silos
- Lead the process of setting ambitious targets, quotas, and forecasting methodologies to drive the achievement of company goals
- Play a key role in shaping the compensation policy to incentivize performance and align with the company's growth objectives
- Work hand-in-hand with the Enablement team to develop comprehensive knowledge content and training programs, ensuring continuous learning for team members in both onboarding and ongoing development
DESIRED PROFILE 🎯
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a business operations or consulting role
- You are proficient in data analysis, KPI monitoring, and able to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- You have good project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- You have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
- You possess a proven track record of successfully streamlining operations and driving efficiency
