Junior Revenue Operations Analyst
We are seeking a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing the company's revenue streams across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and improve processes and systems that boost efficiency, productivity, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities

Assist RevOps in managing and streamlining the revenue operation process, including Salesforce Admin help desk, Sales compensation support and reporting/analytics in support of key critical metrics for Go-To-Market businesses.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their operational needs, and suggest and provide support in implement tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track and analyze revenue trends and provide insights to leadership.

Partner with our Salesforce admins to ensure data quality and consistency in our CRM, and leverage it to develop valuable insights.

Contribute to the development of sales and revenue forecasts, budgets, and plans.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related role. Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and convert them into actionable insights.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently, but also a team player.
