Your Role:
The Sr. Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for leading and managing the company's revenue operations strategy, including sales operations, revenue analytics, sales enablement, and customer success operations. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, increase revenue, and drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with GTM leadership to optimize the sales funnel, increase conversion rates, and improve customer acquisition and retention.

Oversee the sales operations function, including sales forecasting, territory management, target setting, and incentive compensation.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new revenue streams, pricing strategies, and go-to-market tactics.

Establish and maintain sales analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales performance and revenue growth opportunities.

Collaborate with sales enablement to improve the effectiveness of the sales team and accelerate the sales cycle.

Manage customer success operations, including customer onboarding, retention, and support, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop and manage a high-performing revenue operations team; ensuring that team members are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and sales management.
Starting Salary: $145,000
What Makes a Great Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance

Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics and reporting

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on results
