As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of defining our success at Traceable and will play a key role in building the foundation of a world-class sales organization. Based in San Francisco CA, Traceable is funded by Unusual Ventures, IVP, & Tiger Global Management.
About the Role:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Go To Market team through tool administration, data analysis, process design, and enablement. This role will span many disciplines, including tech stack administration, deal desk support, order booking, compensation analysis, and more.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer the company's tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Support the deal desk by gathering deal details, creating quotes & order forms, and building templates
- Booking orders and ensuring accuracy within the CRM
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales process improvements.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Territory & routing design, bulk data updates
Role Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales operations within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com (Salesforce.com Admin certification strongly preferred).
- Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process and technology.
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
- Be a data junkie that understands the importance of quality data and help to design and improve it
- Great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills - propensity to translate complex concepts or information and speak to them in a clear way to internal customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
