Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Required experience:
-
One year experience in Automotive Industry doing Car Deal Postings
- Preferred, one year experience with DealerTrack DMS, or similar system
Some of the duties include:
-
Keeps workstation organized and clean.
- Prepare and post new/used retail car deals
- Process trade payoffs
- Maintain pending deals and contracts in transit report weekly
- A/R (customer deferred and down payments, every Friday)
- Register ally warranties when funded
- Semi monthly 8300 report runs.
- Reconcile reserves (Wells, Hapo, Ally, Capital One, Bank of America)
- Warranty cancellation submittals and payments
- Weekly/monthly schedules – GAP/SVC Contract, CIT, Cust AR, Uncapped Deals, Reserves, Lien Payoffs, 8300
- Maintains a professional appearance and conduct.
- Other duties, as assigned.
