We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to head an 8 figure revenue generating team and become a key strategic leader within a highly progressive Fintech business. With over 20 indirect reports, this is a role that requires a track record of delivering a sales strategy, managing a team of front - mid office staff, and a detailed knowledge of sales operations.
The Role
Their vision is to be the UK’s best known FX provider for helping individuals manage their cross-border payments and associated currency risk for high value transactions. You will have extensive experience in Director level sales and sales leadership, be highly process driven and be willing to lead from the front.
This is a crucial hire to build on consecutive years of record breaking performance. This is a hands on role incorporating direct sales/account management, recruitment as well as people and proposition development.
Responsibilities will include:
- Nurture the Business Developers, Account Managers, Dealers and Onboarding team to maximise their potential
- Lead, develop, own, refine, and implement a sales strategy that aligns with pre agreed revenue targets
- Understand the competitive landscape to ensure that the client will remain the ‘partner-of-choice’ and proactively source the most profitable new business opportunities
- Be the main point of contact in the organisation for our Managing Director, ensuring the team are executing the defined strategy and delivering on all measurables
- Clearly defined ability to execute Sales Operations strategies
- Providing accurate forecasting of expected sales volume
- Ensure your team showcase as an industry expert and establish relationships with potential partners and key decision-makers in the industry
Who You Are
- You will have an exceptional track record of leadership delivery within Financial Services, preferably within FX/Payments/Fintech
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a management capacity, delivering on P & L, recruitment and sales strategy
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop people
- Commercial awareness
- Process driven & able to deliver concise KPI management
- First-class communication skills
£90k - £125k + bonus
