The Sales Operations and Enablement role will be a key role supporting international sales efforts. This individual will report to the Global Head of Sales Operations & Enablement and work closely with the EMEA Sales Operations team. It's a great opportunity to learn more about the workings of a sales function within financial markets, supporting sales leadership across several sales’ management disciplines including sales metrics and reporting, data analysis, country plans, status reporting and sales campaigns. This individual will also support operational elements of the Global Sales Enablement Program including global sales training, sales asset management and maintenance of the content platform.
Key responsibilities to include:

Work closely with Sales Operations colleagues to create and analyze data sets

Support running of Country Plans and Status Reporting

Support Global Sales Enablement Program and Content Management Platform

Partner with EMEA Sales Operations colleagues to support the EMEA Sales team with day-to-day best practices

Support campaign execution for EMEA-based campaigns
Skills/Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - required

Digital dexterity & Data Literacy; confidence working with data sets

High level of organizational and project management skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, thriving in high pressure environments

Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau ideal)

Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Education: College Degree: Bachelor of Science, Economics, Business, MBA a plus
