The Rev Ops Manager will help build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices. You will help the sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams, and KPIs. You are a trusted partner of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the sales organization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, implementing processes and improving tools that remove points of friction and streamline workflow

Build Salesforce.com sales reports and dashboards that serve as the foundation for regular business reviews and performance tracking

Manage our Configure, Price, Quote tool to ensure our reps can move through the sales process with ease

Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert on territory management, activity tracking, opportunity movement, forecasting, contracting, and data hygiene

Identify root causes of problems, document new policies and processes, and implement associated solutions using a wide range of technologies and applications

Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales data

Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline, and scale that measurably impact company revenue

Work across a mix of projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Requirements:
Required Skills
-
5+ years of professional experience supporting a SaaS B2B sales team
-
Extensive experience working with CRMs, sales operations, order/contract management, and quote-to-cash functions

Salesforce reporting pro
-
Excel wizard (Index Match, nested IF formulas, etc…)

Experience with and continued interest in working at a high growth, scaling business

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
Preferred Skills

Salesforce Administrator Certification or interest in becoming a certified Salesforce admin

Former SDR/BDR and/or sales rep

Experience with M&A and migration of SFDC instances
