WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Sales Operations Manager is a first line manager position that oversees the day-to-day activities related to supporting the Lennox Commercial Sales organization. This role is accountable for ensuring Sales Ops resources successfully execute tactical Sales initiatives including business analytics, account planning, territory design, and sales incentive compensation and quota management. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and own a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Director of Revenue Operations to gather feedback from Sales and Marketing to understand how Sales Operations can best support Commercial strategy

Lead team of analysts to support the ongoing activities required to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Lennox Commercial Sales team

Establish and formalize processes and timelines by which to complete various Sales Operations activities

Lead analysts in developing strategy for customer segmentation and account prioritization, collaborating with Sales team as needed

Design roles and rules of engagement that best support customer segmentation and Lennox Commercial Strategy

Oversee development of dashboards and reports of business metrics and analytics and provide actionable insights

Establish methodology and schedule to reassess territories and quotas allocation as well as account transitions

Supervise the design of sales incentive compensation plans

Inform the strategy and cadence to model revenue forecasts to support annual business planning

Ensure resources are effectively performing across initiatives through proactive coaching and training

Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to better support Lennox Commercial go-to-market strategy
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
-
3+ years of sales or sales consulting experience
-
3+ years working in sales/revenue operations, ideally as a team leader / manager

Bachelor's degree (Business or Sales/Marketing)
- MBA Preferred

Experience with CRM tools
-
Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, etc.)

Experience with account planning and territory software a plus

Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $98,400 to $129,150 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience and education.
