About this role:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to optimize sales processes, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales performance..
We are also looking for someone who can communicate effectively across multiple technical and non technical business units, as well as across multiple geographies. This position can be partially remote but candidates must be based near an office location (San Francisco, Denver, or Chicago).
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:
Provide analytical support to the sales team, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key sales KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement efficient sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify patterns, customer behaviors, and market trends to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely sales commission calculations and payouts.
Participate in sales forecasting exercises, providing data-driven insights to support accurate demand planning and resource allocation.

Compensation Range:
Salary range is between $130,000 - $152,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
