Job Description:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support our B2B sales team throughout our customers’ lifecycle, including during initial sale, onboarding, and account management. This role will require data manipulation, analytical capability, project management, systems management, and more. You will be a key stakeholder in the data, systems, and enablement of the B2B sales team.
Anticipated Responsibilities:
- Manipulate data received from customers into clean formats, which you’ll upload into Zippy’s proprietary portal + external tools on an ad-hoc or automated basis
- Coordinate with sales leaders on analysis of data and creating/distribution of KPIs trackers for internal and external use
- Coordinate with sales leaders and designers on creation of sales materials, including call/email scripts, enablement materials, case studies, and meeting presentations
- Build and maintain monthly / quarterly business review presentations for key clients
- Oversee Salesforce and other systems’ integrity
- Analyze Zippy’s data for key insights (with guidance from sales leaders on where to focus) and prepare basic visualizations for internal distribution
- Coordinate Zippy’s enablement efforts, including physical and digital marketing distribution
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a sales operations or similar role
- Proven track record of completing tasks with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to maintain and ensure a high level of integrity
- Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility in somewhat ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort learning new technologies – Zippy uses Salesforce, OneDrive (Microsoft systems), and our proprietary custom built software
- Knowledge and comfort working in Salesforce and the Microsoft ecosystem
