Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a standardized outreach plan for existing and potential clients, ensuring seamless integration across sales channels, client management, marketing and communications.
- Collaborate with the executive and marketing teams to devise growth strategies that drive exceptional results.
- Establish measurable metrics to create accountability within the organization, aligning compensation and promotions accordingly.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key target clients, taking charge of prospecting and closing deals.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, making necessary adjustments to fuel sustainable growth.
- Formulate both short-term and long-term strategies, including revenue forecasting, to drive consistent success.
- Oversee the revenue cycle, from customer acquisition to engagement to success, ensuring optimal processes and outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals for sales department roles.
- Bridge management gaps by building and training high-performing teams in Sales and Account Management.
- Develop and implement robust sales management processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and proposals.
- Lead the expansion of sales channels and the acquisition of new 3rd party resellers and partners.
- Utilize customer research to provide strategic guidance for brand architecture and positioning.
