Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Sarasota, Florida
This is a hybrid role, working remote with regular time spent in Sarasota Office
Preference will be given to applicants within reasonable commutable distance to Sarasota, FL.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting NDR’s global sales team with systems, reporting, and analysis, as well as providing NDR’s management and senior members of the team with the data and associated information required to make corporate strategy decisions.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensuring the accurate and complete maintenance of client accounts, including user access, financial information, pricing consistency, trial/opportunity management, and ensuring we can report on these metrics accurately.
- Development and maintenance of NDR’s CRM system, including specification of development objects in response to the needs of the business (sales, finance, marketing), end user training and usage reporting.
- Development and maintenance of NDR’s Business Information infrastructure, including specification of new reports, training end users, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Provide key input into sales and marketing strategy and processes, through experience, a deep historical perspective, knowledge of relevant data and existing process.
- Processing financial transactions, order processing, invoicing and collecting account information
- In this global role you may be required at times to work outside of standard working hours to accommodate different time zones.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ Years of Sales Operational Experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Well-versed with Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic/Intermediate programming experience (SQL, LINUX, Python, etc.)
- Experience in the Financial Services sector
- Experience using Netsuite
- Experience working with a subscription based sales model
