About the role:
- You'll provide exceptional customer service to our teams.
- Liaise with clients, sales agents & external stakeholders.
- Process & manage property sales files from listing through to settlement.
- Processing of in house documentation, advertising, marketing & reporting.
- Data base management.
- Diary management.
- Office co-ordination, meet & greet clients.
- Ad hoc administration tasks.
- Willing to travel to our other offices as required.

About you:
- You'll be a motivated, can do team player.
- Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence.
- You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up and ensure the “t's” are crossed & the i's dotted.
- Embrace technology like we do.
- Professional image and phone manner.
- Organisation skills that leave nothing to chance.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday
