Chief Sales Officer - Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the business development business unit
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and build strong relationships
- Oversee product launches and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage sales budgets and explore strategic partnerships
Chief Sales Officer - Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, specifically Chemistry Drug Discovery
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Drug Discovery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
