The Role
This is a great opportunity for an analytically-minded and self-motivated individual with a passion for product and retail with experience managing the wholesale sales process.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing the business processes and systems which support and manage our wholesale ‘go to market’ sales activities, both in the UK and in International markets
- Accountable for the timely delivery of our seasonal sales assets, such as design overviews, lookbooks, line sheets, price lists and email campaigns
- Accountable for maintaining the wholesale orderbook and working with the Operations Team to maximise the orderbook conversion
- Accountable for managing the reporting of weekly and monthly sales performance within MORI’s wholesale channel
- Responsible for the updating of the order/stock management system
- Responsible for the maintenance of the customer database
- Responsible for optimizing the functionality of the MORI B2B platform and ensuring the user interface is effectively merchandised, to support the selling of forward-orders, in-season stock, and promotional collections
- Responsible for the product information set-up for the wholesale channel
- Develop close working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Develop a deep understanding of the various systems and online platforms used by wholesale, reviewing and optimizing where necessary
- Attend and prepare for trade shows, seasonal selling appointments together with the Sales Team
- Work closely with the Commercial Director on the development and delivery of strategic planning and performance
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Be self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability and excellent attention to detail
- Be analytical, competent working with large volumes of data, using this to make informed decisions
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills/able to communicate effectively
- Be an innovator, regularly pushing boundaries to suggest new ways of working
- Poses ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast paced and rapid growing environment
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level, and team-oriented
- Passion for product and retail
- Highly organised, detail oriented, with strong follow up skills
- Excellent computer skills with experience using Google suite & Microsoft Office suite. (Use of Joor, Salesforce and Shopify is beneficial)
