It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive. We are in search of a Director of Sales Operations – Cloud Services to ensure the delivery of processes, tools, analytics, and insights to enable the sales organization to succeed. *This role can be located anywhere in the United States*
What will my role be?
This role will lead the creation and daily activities of our Cloud Sales Operations Team
- Build, run and maintain a Cloud Sales Operations (SalesOps) function that drives efficient achievement of sales objectives through:
- Building and leveraging sales process, tools, and systems
- Identifying, utilizing, and refining sales analytics and intelligence
- Sales force design, deployment, and compensation.
- Build and manage Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- End-to-end function based on shared data and revenue processes across different aspects of Go-To-Market functions including marketing, sales, customer service, IP development, and support.
What's required?
Operationalize Sales
- Ensure data quality within the Cloud Sales Organization’s systems and tools.
- Quality and consistency of data including complete integration across systems and platforms.
- Sales Analytics
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data that drive key Sales KPIs
- Provide insights and trends uncovered from analyzing CRM, pipeline, and customer information.
- Advise and make recommendations to executive and sales leadership on actions to ensure achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Sales Forecasting
- Creation and governance of the sales forecast process from/for sales individual account executives up through executive leadership.
- Sourcing, compiling, and manipulating data from CRM extracts into a consistent and reliable forecast.
- Govern and Run the Rhythm of the Business meetings and calls.
Optimize Revenue Generation
- Improve the productivity of the sales team by maximizing the capabilities of the various sales tools: i.e., CRM, LinkedIn, etc.
- Continuously improve the revenue generation of the sales team by
- Identifying best practices and sales insight
- Evangelize and provide coaching of best practices and insights throughout the sales team.
Coaching and mentoring Account Executives
- When required, engage in/or initiate conversations with customers to introduce how Quisitive could enable their digital transformation.
- Implement strategies and tactics to accelerate the closing of deals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Account Executives in opportunity execution. Including: input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, understanding the customers pain points during the pre-sales process, leveraging, and collaborating with the pre-sales team, building of pricing estimates, implementation of closing plans (i.e., aligning customer to timeline).
- Build new functionality into the CRM system to track the sales process more accurately.
- Build, validate, deploy, and refine sales related KPIs. Build approaches to measure the effectiveness of the KPI and reset if appropriate.
- Coordinate efforts with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing events.
- Work with the marketing team to create buyer segments and personas. Enable the Account Executives by creating selling content that aligns to the segments/personas.
- Work with marketing team to create battlecards to position Quisitive vis-a-vis their competition.
- Provide feedback to the Quisitive leadership for sales operational enhancements.
What's Required?
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years successful track record in technology sales
- 5+ years in sales operations management, including responsibility for forecasting, reporting and sales tool and process improvements.
- Experience working with an Enterprise CRM system. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft product platform, competitive products, and the market
- Microsoft Field Sales team relationships; Microsoft Corporate business relationships
- Experience selling Microsoft Business Applications strongly preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Flexibility to travel when required.
