This is a remote-capable role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the global Sales Operations organization
- Salesforce.com support:
- Create new accounts
- Updating existing accounts and opportunities to include key data
- Create Opportunities based on data outlined in pricing models
- Entering Sales Operations requests
- Ensuring opportunities reflect accurate data when an opportunity is closed
- Managing de-duplication process (accounts and contacts)
- Conduct quarterly user audit
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact account and opportunity data quality
- Creates and distributes ad-hoc reporting to sales management
- Perform other administrative tasks that support the sales organization as directed by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with OneDrive and Salesforce
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
- Ability to work independently
