Position Overview:
As the first Director of Sales at Codeless ONE, you won't just be a member of our team; you'll be a foundational pillar, leading and establishing our global sales operations from the ground up. We seek someone who pairs strategic thinking with a startup's energy, a leader eager to draft the first chapters of our sales story.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Lay the foundation, craft, and continuously refine a robust sales strategy.
Startup Mentality: Drive results in a fast-paced environment, building and scaling sales operations from scratch.
Client Relationships: Begin and cultivate partnerships, understanding the diverse needs of a budding clientele.
Partner Outreach: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, widening our brand's reach and influence.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor products, and ensure Codeless ONE is always a step ahead.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Forge strong ties with product and marketing teams, ensuring aligned goals and strategies.
Reporting: Offer invaluable insights, frequent updates, and innovative strategies to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales role in the tech or SaaS sector.
Prior experience in championing a nascent brand and establishing its credibility in the market.
Track record of initiating and scaling sales operations, meeting or exceeding set targets.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient analytical, organizational, and leadership aptitudes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
