The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for directly assisting the Interim Physicians sales team, physicians and clients to drive our processes, validate our procedures and enhance the customer experience. You will be a team member within the Sales Operations team and have primary duties and responsibilities as well as secondary ones to provide backup coverage, if needed. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and work with colleagues within a great team and ensure professional collaboration between departments, regional offices, and team members that support the company’s goal of a unified corporate culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with the Sales team, Physicians and Client base to assist the sales process in a professional and accurate manner
• Create/update client and physician exhibits with information from the enterprise system and as the situation dictates
• Validate required information and process for completion of the sales cycle within the enterprise system
• Support the physician candidate procurement process in various ways and ensure required information is included
• Assist with various reporting needs on a daily/weekly basis

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail
• Proven time-management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, management, staff, and contacts inside and outside the organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Education and Experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in a professional office environment providing customer service in a professional services industry, staffing and recruiting industry preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
• Knowledge, experience with a Customer Relationship Management/Applicant Tracking System (CRM/ATS) preferred
