Position: Revenue Operations Manager

Overview:
Collage Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth at a time when America is undergoing a seismic cultural transformation. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining the revenue generation processes within our organization. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing and client services, to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth. This is an independent contributor role reporting to Finance that demands a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure seamless revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, analyze, and interpret revenue-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into revenue performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline metrics.

Work with cross-functional teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue forecasts and targets.
Sales Process Optimization:

Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and propose solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Implement and manage tools and technologies that support the sales and marketing process, such as CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and sales enablement tools. Ensure data integrity within these systems and implement improvements as needed.
Cross-Functional Alignment:

Foster strong communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on revenue-related goals and strategies.

Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve issues, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless flow of information.
Process Documentation and Training:

Develop and maintain standardized processes, guidelines, and documentation for revenue-related workflows.

Provide training to team members and new hires on revenue operations processes and tools to ensure consistent practices across the organization.
Forecasting and Budgeting:

Contribute to the development of revenue forecasts and budgets by providing data-driven insights and analyses.

Monitor actual revenue performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying any deviations and recommending corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to extract meaningful insights

Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft is a plus, and understanding and experience on commercial tech stack

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments

Detail-oriented with a focus on process documentation and standardization

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks

Prior experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related role

Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other similar software

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
