Job Description
This is a hybrid role and will require you to be onsite for part of the work week.
Logic20/20 is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team.
As we build out and scale our go to market and customer retention programs, this individual will leverage analytics to help leadership double down on what is working and continually optimize areas of opportunity.
This role encompasses building out and enhancing processes, systems, data and operating efficiencies across our commercials and operations business units, including (but not limited to) sales, marketing and talent.
In this role, we are looking for someone to work with leadership on effective strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to manage and execute tactical day to day activities.
You must be very comfortable wearing multiple hats while dealing with ambiguous situations that arise, building and iterating on processes on the fly, and working closely with cross-functional teams to train people and adjust systems.

This role will have a set of core responsibilities that are the day to day business necessities and then each quarter will focus on specific value add projects (dependent on candidate experience) to drive uplift or efficiency into the business:
Core Responsibilities:

To support the leader of Commercials and to reduce his focus on internal efforts so that he can be externally focused to drive revenue growth in market

Leverage data and analysis to help leadership understand and optimize the operations of our Sales, Marketing, Operations and Talent teams

Coordinate the development, reporting, and automation of key performance metrics and dashboards to help drive revenue and optimize sales, talent and operational efficiency

Support our Sales team in communicating, managing and coaching sales processes and approaches as well as helping with forecasting and planning pipeline and sales funnel performance. Including managing under and over performance of individuals and working to communicate the status with various leaders

Oversee the design and implementation of systems and tools needed throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes identifying requirements, assessing potential options, managing migrations, and being the in-house subject matter expert for these systems

Develop customer lifecycle management strategies for tracking customer relationships from lead generation to revenue realization, account expansion, and retention building lifetime customers for Logic20/20

Work with marketing and sales leadership to implement and operate a scalable inbound/outbound lead generation process while owning lead distribution and management with the sales team

Optimize, train and coach operational processes, in particular around systems and tools. Continue building out automation and scalability

Run and execute Commercials organization quarterly goal achievement and commissions as well as year-end annual performance review and bonus process
Typical special projects that could be assigned in the first year:

Improve onboarding process for Commercials/Sales organization, especially for Sales team

Automate with talent the offer letter process to reduce talent effort and to automate process

Implement new sales management tools like Outreach with Sales team members to improve the performance of the team

Improve our case study management process using the latest technologies
About You…

You have excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to demonstrate and handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently

You are flexible and adaptable; demonstrating good judgment, tact, discretion, and diplomacy

You are customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills

You are detail and process oriented and willing to configure and adjust SaaS systems such as Dynamics365, Outreach and other similar platforms

You possess excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels and across the organization

You are responsive, action-oriented, and are an innovative problem solver
Qualifications
-
5+ years experience of experience in Sales/Business Operations in a high-growth, B2B environment

Bachelor’s degree in related field (business admin, finance, accounting, etc.)

Experience working in team environments and developing strong and vibrant team culture

Significant experience and comfort with financial and quantitative models, drawing insights from large and complex datasets and translating those into actionable strategies

Proficiency with CRMs, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Intermediate Excel

Washington State compensation range: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE up to $150,000 OTE
