The Sales Operations Associate will report directly to the Associate Director of Contract Management and will provide tactical support to Agio's Business Development Team. Selected candidate's primary responsibilities will be focused on sales processes, improving the sales team's performance, identifying sales trends and areas of improvement as well as supporting the team with contract management.
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
- Provide updates to management regarding performance to goal, informing them of deviations and opportunities to reduce cost or improve sales output
- Create and maintain a sales capacity planning model, with current data on sales performance, ramp times, etc.
- Assist with sales forecasting and planning.
- Proactively monitor sales operation metrics to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency within the Business Development organization.
- Drive implementation of new sales processes and procedures.
- Champion the use of Salesforce, Sales Optimizer and Highspot to deliver consistent sales processes for all opportunities.
- Draft and send service agreements to prospective clients
- Assist in the training of new users
- Assist with commissions reporting for the Business Development team.
- Drive sales incentive compensation design, quota setting and the administration Xactly and Funnelsource.
- Assist with preparing Agio contracts including: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Service Order Agreements (SOAs), Service Scope Assumptions Docs, etc.
- Create Quotes in Salesforce Opportunity
- Contract coordination with Legal and execution process with Clients
- Responsible for creating, processing, and uploading fully executed contracts in Agio's systems (Salesforce and Sharepoint). Weekly audit of all contracts.
- Develop a deep understanding of Agio products and services
- Support Agio Sales Team in the following ways (plus others):
- Generation of proposal templates for opportunities, based on predefined templates
- Provide feedback and input to improve the predefined templates
- Assist with the generation and maintenance of Salesforce Opportunities, Products, and Assets
- Provide backup point of contact for clients
- Update Salesforce records, as directed
- Support weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports

- Assist with onboarding of new team members, includes account set up in different platforms
Requirements
- Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct supervisor and co-workers
- Must be skilled at working and supporting remote personnel across the United States
- Must have great attention to detail and a never-ending satisfaction with the status quo as it relates to the sales process and its associated documentation
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office/PC expertise and demonstrated experience with applicable systems, programs equipment, etc.
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate
