What you'll do
- Monitor and execute the Zendesk Revenue Operations queue originating from the support team, ensuring prompt and accurate billing for customer requests.
- Handle Billing Requests in Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accurate and timely billing for all customer upsell, downsell, update, churn, free trial implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Assist in streamlining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to disputes, failed payments, and refunds to enhance the efficiency of the Center of Excellence (COE) processes.
- Continuously review and optimize the revenue operations processes to improve billing accuracy and reduce turnaround time.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities, disputes, and resolutions for reporting and auditing purposes.
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition principles, and financial operations.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools for managing task queues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you're constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we're better as a team in-person.
