Job Description: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Real Estate
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of a reputed real estate Developers. You will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for 3 major functions in the organization –
1) Marketing/Branding/Lead Generation/Communication Design: Leading and executing all marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share in the construction industry. You will play a vital role in shaping marketing vision, enhancing brand reputation, and developing innovative campaigns to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
2) Pre-Sales & Sales: -Creating, leading, and continuously enhancing the team that manages the lead funnel into sales closures. -Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for the sales team. -Designing customer experience to drive sales closures. -Managing complete sourcing activities including CP Heads to create large funnels to achieve and surpass targets. -Path-defining and continuous path-clearing for closures.
3) CRM and Post-sales Touch-points: -Creating, leading, and continuously enhancing the team that facilitates financing and collections of customers. -Managing timely collections to fulfil and surpass construction needs. -Path-clearing for collections with the team. -Minimizing booking-to-dues collection, without offending customers. -Designing customer delight post-sales through events, knowledge sharing and updates.
Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Identify target markets, key customer segments, and competitive differentiators to position the construction company as a market leader.
Brand Management: Oversee brand development and positioning to ensure consistency and alignment with our company's mission and values. Nurture and enhance our brand reputation as a trusted and reliable construction partner.
Lead Marketing Team: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to drive creativity and efficiency. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.
Digital Marketing: Drive the digital marketing efforts, including website optimisation, content marketing, social media engagement, and search engine marketing (SEM). Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize our online presence.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.
MahaRERA understanding: Needs to understand MahaRera rules and should be able to take mature calls on all legal communication to customers.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and delivering measurable results.
Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign success. Provide regular reports and performance updates to the executive team, highlighting the impact of marketing efforts on business growth.
Cashflow Management & Collections Overview: Target-based collections to be driven on weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly basis. Timely Agreements and timely collections is the essence of all of the above activities.
Proven Marketing Leadership: Significant experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the construction or related industries. Construction Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including trends, challenges, and market dynamics. Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and translate marketing goals into actionable plans that drive business results. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and make data driven marketing decisions. Legal Skills: Strong understanding of MahaRERA, Agreement to Sale and strong grip on all legal communication to customers. This is a key requirement. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills. Creative Thinking: Adept at developing innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to differentiate the company in the market. Budgeting and Financial Acumen: Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources
effectively. Banking Knowledge: Needs to have deep understanding and relationships with bankers and HLA service providers. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
