GTS has been retained by one of our key clients to assist them in hiring a new Director of Sales for the USA.
As the Sales Lead, you'll manage the entire sales process to demonstrate the impact & ROI my client's solutions can bring to businesses. You'll engage prospects in a consultative sales process, showcasing their award-winning Security Platforms.
Operating worldwide our client offers security and people solutions across many industry sectors including banking, education, healthcare retail, and many more.
- Accurately forecast pipeline for weekly, monthly & and quarterly meetings
- Develop and execute demand generation plans within the territory
- Communicate with decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements
- Establish trust and build relationships with customers through all phases of the life cycle
- Attend conferences and trade shows to build networks and confidence in my client's product
- Travel will be required within the United States and globally from time to time

Education and/or Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of (Technical/Solution sales), within visitor management or access control or a Cloud Services Industry
- Proven sales record and revenue growth driver skills
- Demonstrated follow-up skills, value creation, and closing experience
- Good reputation and network in the Intrusion Security Industry is a plus
