PowerUs is building the digital home for skilled blue-collar worker. We help workers like electricians or heating engineers to create their online profiles, network with other workers in our community, take free training courses and find better jobs with higher salaries. On the other hand, we help companies hire skilled workers faster so they can complete their projects, especially in the renewable energy sector such as solar and wind power systems. Qualified workers are the most important missing link in the energy transition towards renewable energy.
Your role
- You optimize and streamline sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- You analyze and interpret sales and customer data using CRM and analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals towards revenue objectives
- You help in managing and maintaining the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information, lead tracking, and pipeline management
- You create reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights into key performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making
What you should ideally bring
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field with an understanding of sales and marketing principles
- You are experienced in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics) to gather, analyze, and visualize data
- You hold strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- You're detail-oriented, organized, multitask effectively, and have an adaptable, proactive mindset for a dynamic environment
- You are fluent in Englisch and German to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
