As a Sales Operations professional, your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our sales tech stack and processes. You'll have the opportunity to work with a high level of autonomy, identifying areas for improvement, implementing innovative strategies, and collaborating closely with the sales teams across different regions - Americas, Europe, or APAC in rotational cycles. Location
This role will be 'hybrid' and located in Mumbai.
Responsibility
· Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, to maximize efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity.
· Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Translate findings into actionable strategies for improving sales effectiveness.
· Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing a clear understanding of sales trends, pipeline health, and potential areas for growth.
· Sales Process Automation on Salesforce & Dealhub: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, allowing the sales team to focus on high-value activities and customer engagement.
· Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of friction in sales processes, and implementing innovative solutions.
· Adaptation to Change: Stay abreast of industry trends, evolving technologies, and best practices in sales operations to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
· Proven 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, process optimization, or related fields.
· Proficiency in data analysis to drive insights.
· Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques (Salesforce, Hubspot, CPQ Tools)
· Skill in identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
· Ability to lead and drive change within the sales operations.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
· MBA is preferred.
