You will need to live within commuting distance to our Redmond, WA OR Portage, MI office. You will need to be in the office 2-3 days a week, but you will have the flexibility to work from home on the other days.
As a Sales Operations Analyst you are responsible for the planning, forecasting, and execution of Emergency Care Trials, demos, and Secondary Market Sales, A sales operations analyst supports the sales team and drives sales effectiveness through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

What you will do:

Process trial, demo, and secondary market sales requests in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the sales team’s needs.

Maintain the Secondary Market Site.

Advise revenue operations management on the disposition of stock and recommend potential actions.

Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to customers and sales.

Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle.

Evaluate opportunities and identify product buyback and marketplace possibilities.

Develop market strategies that align with organizational goals.

Brand and communicate offerings to the sales team.

Transact and manage capital backorder.

Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the sales organization. This involves evaluating existing sales processes, recommending improvements, and implementing new procedures to streamline operations.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

$51,300 - $99,200salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
