About the Role
The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations’ primary responsibility is to enable the tools and data that drive the success of NewtonX’s sales and marketing teams. You will ensure we’re maximizing revenue potential by taking advantage of current technology investments and reviewing innovative tools that can extend our lead in the market. You will act as a consultative partner to revenue leadership by organizing and mining data across the business into consumable insights. This is an excellent opportunity to support the upleveling of the industry’s best in class revenue organization.
In this role, you will
Assess, redesign, and implement scalable sales operations and go-to-market processes
Partner with Sales leadership to define, sales compensation plans, policy and processes
Partner with Sales leadership to design, plan, and set territory design
Build improvements upon existing processes in areas such as data infrastructure, commissions calculations, reporting and metrics.
Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, including prospecting tools, commissions, CRM, etc.
Ensure sales tech stack hygiene through auditing, monitoring and enriching data and processes
Work with sales leaders and team to manage pipeline and sales forecasting, ensuring high quality and accuracy in planning efforts
Drive data quality, integrity, standardization, and controls to ensure accurate reporting of sales, sales forecasting, and commissions
Work cross-functionally and with leadership to analyze data and distill insights to inform business decisions
Build relationships with our Sales and BDR team members to create a feedback loop to continually improve our sales stack user-experience
What you have
5+ years of experience designing and implementing a B2B sales operations function.
Strong analytical skill set and ability to translate data into actionable business insights and improvements.
Experience in design and managing sales compensation plans, territory design & assignment, and sales forecast management.
Strong experience with Salesforce; experience with Outreach, Hubspot, and Google Workspace preferred.
Experience in the design, development, optimization, and delivery of impactful sales operations programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills: effective & engaging storyteller.
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached.
Ability to take charge and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What we offer
Competitive compensation - base salary range of $115-140K, bonus and equity. Please note that salary and compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, performance, and location
