We are looking for a Channel Partner / Sales Operations Specialist with deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ to play a pivotal role in managing our channel partnerships and ensuring seamless sales operations. In this role, you will collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to drive revenue growth through effective Salesforce CPQ implementations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers and distributors, to drive Salesforce CPQ adoption and revenue generation.
Sales Operations Support: Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in the configuration, pricing, and quoting processes using Salesforce CPQ.
CPQ Implementation: Lead and assist in the implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions for channel partners and clients. Customize Salesforce CPQ to align with partner-specific requirements.
Product and Pricing Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of product catalog management, pricing strategies, and discount structures within Salesforce CPQ.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, product catalogs, pricing rules, and processes.
Training and Enablement: Train channel partners on how to effectively use Salesforce CPQ for quoting and deal management. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data, including win rates, deal velocity, and pricing effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment with channel partner strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices, industry trends, and new features. Propose enhancements and optimizations to Salesforce CPQ configurations.
Client Satisfaction: Monitor and assess client satisfaction with Salesforce CPQ implementations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in Salesforce CPQ implementation and support, with a focus on channel partnerships and sales operations.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, product catalog management, and quoting processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and related technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with channel partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Salesforce certifications related to CPQ are a significant plus.
