We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and VP of Sales to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. As a dedicated resource to the GM, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales efforts, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and streamlining deal approval processes. Your insights and expertise will contribute to our overall revenue machine, ensuring consistency, best practices, and successful execution of revenue-driving programs.
What You'll Do
- Business Partnership and Strategic Alignment:Become a trusted advisor to the GM, Sales Leaders, and the sales team, collaborating on capacity planning, quota maintenance, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Work closely with GMs to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Forecasting and Performance Improvement:Develop and maintain an aligned forecasting process, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to improve deal approval processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company guidelines.
- Standard Deal Structures and Presentation: Create standardized deal structures, decks, and presentations to support the sales process, enabling our sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and presentation quality to enhance the overall sales experience.
- Best Practice Adherence and Revenue Enhancement: Champion best practices within the revenue operations function, contributing to the development of a cohesive and high-performing revenue machine.
- Advise the GM on programs and initiatives that can drive revenue growth, providing insights into their feasibility and potential impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Enablement, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to execute revenue-driving programs, ensuring alignment and successful implementation.
- Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating clear communication and cooperation to achieve shared goals.
- Implement and maintain sales processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving consistency across teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or a similar analytical role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, BI tools). SQL & PowerBI a plus.
- Proven track record of building and delivering effective presentations and sales materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, think strategically, and execute tactically.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and deal approval workflows is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
