Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to help design and implement a scalable & repeatable revenue generation engine. The ideal candidate is a proactive and curious team player with experience driving cross-functional change across commercial organizations. Additionally, the ideal candidate possesses a passion for process, data and GTM strategy.
We operate on a remote-first basis, but based on your location, you could be asked to attend our New York office from time to time. This role reports to the Director of Strategy & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and implement the processes required to collect clean and accurate data related to revenue-generating activities
- Design and build dashboards to report revenue data in a business consumable format to promote data-driven decision making across the company
- Act as a thought partner to commercial leads to support management activities (e.g. forecasting, pipeline management, sales rep performance/compensation)
- Champion revenue data management, including CRM data model design, governance, quality and hygiene
- Deliver simplified data and documentation to enable self-service reporting across the company (“teach others to fish”)
- Proactively identify opportunities and execute solutions to drive process efficiencies and revenue growth
- Lead ownership of our revenue data strategy, including roadmap, policies, frameworks, and cross-functional communication
- Partner closely with our CRM admin to lead ownership of revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Clearbit, Zendesk, Gong, QuickSight)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working in RevOps at a B2B software company
- 2+ years experience designing scalable processes/solutions within Salesforce
- 2+ years experience working at a 0-100 person software company
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight)
