We are in search of an accomplished and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our strategic revenue initiatives across the diverse and dynamic EMEA landscape.
As the CRO for the EMEA region, you will be the driving force behind Unirgy's continued revenue growth and market expansion. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can architect and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy, nurture customer relationships, and further expand our market position in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy and Planning:
- Devise and execute a holistic revenue growth strategy, aligned with our objectives and regional nuances.
- Establish clear, measurable revenue targets and KPIs, and develop a dynamic roadmap for their attainment.
- Continually assess market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to refine and adapt the revenue strategy.
Sales Leadership:
- Assemble and lead a high-performing sales organization, comprising seasoned sales managers, account executives, and business development professionals.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the sales team.
- Oversee the formulation and management of the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify critical customer segments, industries, and markets within the EMEA region.
- Foster long-term relationships with strategic customers, driving both acquisition and retention efforts.
- Forge collaborations with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless approach to customer engagement.
Partnership and Alliances:
- Assist in Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances capable of amplifying our market presence and revenue streams.
- Assist in negotiating and managing partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits and objectives.
Revenue Operations:
- Implement a streamlined sales process to optimize sales efficiency and efficacy.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, coupled with performance measurement.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align revenue goals with operational capacities.
Market Expansion:
- Evaluate opportunities for geographical expansion within the EMEA region, spearheading well-structured market entry strategies.
- Maintain vigilance over regulatory and compliance landscapes in diverse markets, ensuring adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A stellar track record, spanning at least 10 years, in revenue leadership roles in enterprise software or technology sales.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA enterprise software market, including customer demands, emerging trends, and competitive intricacies.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building competencies, coupled with the ability to motivate, mentor, and rally a diverse sales team.
