Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions that add value to their business operations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets, ensuring that we consistently meet or exceed clients' expectations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to our key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and work closely with the sales team to secure these opportunities.
Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
Monitor contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring that they align with company goals and objectives.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the logistics industry, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and strengthen our presence in the market.
Demonstrates commitment and results-orientation, strives to maximize account performance, and achieve growth targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration prefered , Logistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years substantial relevant experience in Account Management
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, with the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Experience with Tier 1 Suppliers and Manufacturers
