Your Day as Craftable’s Sales Operation Analyst
You will be responsible for reporting and providing insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the Sales & Marketing team. You will work closely with our Director of Marketing, Director of Business Operations, and our Director of Sales through weekly calls and daily check-ins to implement sales strategies and deliver performance reports.
Your Role in Action
- Reporting and analyzing revenues and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions
- Serving as a key contact person for supervisors and senior management regarding sales and retention performance
- Analyzing data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple for to non-technical audience
- Conducting sales training and mentor new and existing product support analysts on all sales-related procedures, and also consult with external experts when appropriate
- Responsible for accurate processing of commissions
- Overseeing reporting and administration
- Serving as a subject matter expert and proffer professional advice on territory sizing and alignment
- Supervising client quarterly deliverables content
- Completing cyclical and quarterly due diligence reports
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent - preferred
- 1 + years of experience in a Sales Operation Role
- Must have intermediate familiarity with Salesforce
- Some familiarity with Sales forecasting and financial analysis
- Experience with sales strategy execution, data analysis, and sales analytics
- Advanced excel knowledge working with large data-sets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
