Native Shoes is a hybrid organization with a primarily remote team with the option to work from the office in Vancouver, when needed. This job will require the ability to work from home.
Who is Native Shoes looking for?
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, service oriented individual to join our talented team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Operations, you are going to be instrumental in building and managing a scalable Wholesale Sales Operations organization. The Sales Operations Manager facilitates cross-functional communication, works collaboratively with all areas of the business, is passionate about process optimization and is skilled at data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities:
This role has 3 direct reports. They are responsible for managing daily wholesale operations including but not limited to order management, sales communication, shipping & sales forecasting & reporting, process optimization.
Lead Wholesale Sales Operations, providing exceptional customer service to Wholesale Partners.
- Ensure orderbook accuracy.
- Create & maintain sales & shipping forecasts & reporting.
- Lead, motivate, and support GTM Sales Operations Team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools & systems.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes & procedures to enhance the company’s internal capabilities.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have a blend of leadership, analytical and communication skills. They understand the need to work collaboratively and are motivated by change and growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field/equivalency
- 5+ years related experience with Wholesale Order Management &/or Strategic Sales Operations Role.
- Strong working knowledge of EDI with an ability to onboard new customers, troubleshoot issues, and to work cross functionally with our IT team and the EDI provider.
- Strong working knowledge of Wholesale Business with understanding of cross functional departments including Logistics, Sales, Planning & Finance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel combined with strong analytical skills, with the ability to build reporting tools, create and manage forecasts for multiple areas of the business.
- Experience leading others in a management or mentorship capacity.
- Proven ability to lead self & others with curiosity, compassion & drive.
- Solution oriented and comfortable working within an evolving, often ambiguous work environment.
