The Opportunity
Picton Mahoney Asset Management is presently seeking a motivated and eager Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support our Service Delivery team as the firm navigates through a period of exponential growth! Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this individual will act as key support in administrating sales data into the firm’s Salesforce CRM system. The successful candidate is an agile and independent driver who has a strong attention to detail and is confident asking for clarity or support when they need it.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Facilitate precise and high-volume data entry into Salesforce CRM.
- Timely & accurate delivery of email marketing campaigns through CMS.
- Managing clients’ preferences in accordance with the Canada’s Anti Spam legislation.
- Coordinate campaign follow-up in accordance with campaign strategy.
- Dedicated support for CRM focused on managing data integrity and generating BI reports.
- Provide occasional assistance to Marketing team or other departments with administrative duties.
The Qualifications and Experience Required
- Complete post-secondary education in a marketing, business, Sales, or finance discipline.
- 3+ years experience in data analysis, direct marketing and/or CRM management is required.
- Experience ensuring a business is compliant with Canada’s Anti Spam legislation is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
- Experience working in an agile project environment is considered an asset.
- Industry experience in Finance is considered an asset.
- Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills all while working independently.
- Capable of working well under pressure.
