Partner with North America Applications (NAA) Senior Leadership by providing them with actionable insights on all analytical aspects of the business including:

Develop and drive standardization of processes, use of tools, and cadence for NAA Sales Team performance management activities

Generate recuring and Ad Hoc Analytics and Executive level presentations for Global, NAA, and Sales Excellence Leadership

Collaborate with Global Teams on data, reporting & dashboard requirements, generation and consumption for NAA use

Proactively provide recommendations to Senior Leadership based on modeling, trending, and analytical results

The ideal skill set /profile includes:

Seasoned, savvy, professional who is very comfortable engaging with all levels in an organization
Deep business analytical capabilities
Strong presentation skills including developing written documents, PowerPoints, oral presentations, etc.
Adept at using excel, PowerPoint, Oracle systems, etc.
Ability to be clear, succinct, poised in both written and spoken manner
Comfortable organizing and leading teams
Able to manage several, competing priorities at once
