The Director of Revenue Operations will focus on the achievement of renewal targets for accounts while also providing contract management support to the Sales Organization as they pursue new business. This is a cross-functional role primarily responsible for ensuring customers are set up for success while also maximizing the financial results. For each deal, this means minimizing financial attrition, locking in favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and passing findings and insights back to the business.
The below duties and responsibilities are categorized by the frequency in which the duty is to be performed:
- Negotiate and execute all facets of large account renewals using sound business judgment
- Develop and deliver win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship
- Engage in strategic account planning with stakeholders at the Director+ level to ensure accountability across teams ahead of a renewal
- Support the Sales organization in contract writing and maintenance of Hyphen’s contracting resources and templates
- Maintain CRM to ensure accurate contract lifecycle management enabling advance planning of upcoming renewals and accurate forecasts
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hyphen products and licensing models
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively identify and communicate risks
- Work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues regarding the finalization of executables

- 5+ years of quota achievement in a renewals or account management capacity
- Comfort and experience negotiating complex $100K+ ARR SaaS agreements both in person and remotely with Executives
- Ability to tactically close deals with a high degree of integrity, business acumen, and independence
- Experience building strong partnerships with peers and partners
- Salesforce knowledge
