As a Sales Operations Manager at Sourcepass, you will be a driving force behind our sales operations strategy and infrastructure. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on challenges, has a passion for optimizing processes, and is energized by creating and implementing policies that drive operational excellence. Your expertise in using HubSpot, coupled with your experience in scaling sales operations, will be instrumental in propelling our growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and sales team. The salary for this position is $100,000 plus commission.
The focused geographic territory will be the Northeast region
Sales Operations Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales operations strategy aligned with our business goals and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales targets, territories, and performance metrics.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of HubSpot to streamline lead/deal management, automate workflows, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Drive the full utilization of HubSpot capabilities to track sales activities, monitor KPIs, and generate valuable insights.
- Proactively approach each day and evolve process as we scale.
CRM Infrastructure and Policy Creation:
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of sales policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Build out and continuously optimize our CRM infrastructure to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that positively impact sales outcomes.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure sales performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Scale Sales Operations:
- Bring your experience in building sales operations for scale to help us evolve our operations to support growth initiatives.
- Develop scalable processes that accommodate increased sales volume and diverse client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring operational support that enhances their efforts.
- Partner with IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and accurate forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field experience
- Proven experience in sales operations management, preferably in the managed IT or cybersecurity services industry
- Proficiency in HubSpot is essential, with a track record of implementing and optimizing its features
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience building and implementing sales policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
- Experience in scaling sales operations to support business growth is preferred
