We are currently looking to recruit a hands on and experienced Sales and Operations Planning Managerto join us on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per weekat our site in Banbury Oxfordshire.
As Sales and Operations Planning Manager, your duties will include:
Ø S&OP Manager will be responsible for developing and monitoring a Demand and Supply Forecast
Ø Supporting on managing optimal stock holding, identifying ROP and EOQ
Ø Identifying peaks and drops, and seasonality on the demand and support on operational and resource planning
Ø Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, new product, and obsolete skus forecasts are included in the aggregate demand
Ø Meeting with different stakeholders across departments and collecting data to manage end-to -end view of the supply chain
Ø Review and analyse the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends
Ø Sharing Supply/ Purchase forecast with key suppliers and adjust with them if high BIAS
Ø Review, store, and backup final adjusted and unadjusted forecasts and manage the Forecasting tool
Ø Monitoring BIAS and MAPE and correct the over the time
Ø Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes

- Experience of a buying/stock control.
- Experience of busy warehouse environments.
- Time management and prioritising.
- Able to raise/complete quality incidence reports.
- Working to deadlines & managing customer expectations.
