Our client, a leader in the digital communication domain, is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge UC Solutions to prominent sectors including finance, healthcare, and other major industry verticals. As they continue to redefine the boundaries of innovation, they are on the lookout for a Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead the evolution and modernization of their UC infrastructure.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UCaaS by driving revenue growth, optimizing technical teams and product/infrastructure, and overseeing the integration of mergers and acquisitions in the software sector. This role will lead revenue generation efforts while leveraging technical expertise.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and product strategies with revenue targets.
- Leverage your technical acumen to optimize technical teams and product/infrastructure. Ensure the alignment of technical capabilities with customer needs and market trends.
- Lead the integration of mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the software sector. Identify opportunities for synergy, streamline processes, and drive revenue enhancement through successful integration.
- Take full ownership of the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Implement effective financial controls and forecasting to manage and enhance profitability.
- Build and lead a high-performing revenue generation team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration among team members.
- 10+ years of revenue leadership experience including a history of serving in SVP or C-level executive roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is required. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Prior experience in the UCaaS/cloud communications sector, or adjacent cloud software spaces, is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of the business is essential.
- Must have a demonstrated history of optimizing technical teams and product/infrastructure.
- Experience in M&A integration, particularly in the software industry, is a significant advantage.
- While experience in revenue generation is desirable, a strong emphasis is placed on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with independence and excellence while managing simultaneous projects.
