Sales Operations Analyst
We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team within the IT Services Sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, finance, and operations teams. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad hoc sales reports, providing actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
- Forecasting and Planning:
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections.
- Assist in creating sales quotas, targets, and incentive programs to drive performance.
- Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance the end-to-end sales cycle.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM usage and best practices.
- Sales Performance Tracking:

- Develop dashboards and metrics to visualize performance data and track progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Data Integrity and Governance:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
