Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the operational facets of significant account business plans, including sales volume, revenue, sales data, P&L, budget planning, and financial control. Highlight the need for identifying sales risks and opportunities through a thorough analysis of the business plan.
- Accountable for achieving monthly sales volumes and effectively communicating any budget, target, or latest estimate alterations to the management team and broader business audience.
- Collaborating with GTM team and sales team to strategize and execute account investments to deliver the best returns on investment.
- Executing strategic account management across a spectrum of dimensions, driving the pursuit of precise and targeted account management goals.
- Contributing to the assessment of existing sales objectives and budget allocations, facilitating prudent decisions regarding account budget investments.
- Consistently monitoring sales data to proficiently evaluate potential business prospects and associated risks.
- Ensuring alignment with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the delivery team, thereby enabling proactive updates on the probability of attaining monthly targets.
- Assisting in commercial business negotiations based on thoroughly aligned company business case calculations.
- Overseeing contract management, coordinating the internal account contract review process on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis
Requirements:
-University degree in business administration, project management, international business management or similar majors;
-Previous working experience or internship is preferable;
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel;
-Good data analytical and communication skills;
-Proficient in English and German, Chinese is a plus;
-Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking and willing to work under pressure;
-Eligible to work in Germany with valid work permit;
