We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce and Contracts experience to assist us with our Customer Accounts Reconciliation Project. This individual will work closely with the Legal, Deal Desk and RevOps team in a hybrid role.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with the Legal, Deak Desk & Revenue Operations teams to gather existing Customer Contract information and perform account reconciliations by researching contracts to ensure customer accounts In Salesforce are accurate
- Validate contracts against Salesforce Account and Opportunity information
- Identify any customers on “legacy” governing agreements that may need to sign new ones
- Enter and update any missing or inaccurate customer account information, including contract details, Ship-to-address, and partner information into the Salesforce system
What you'll bring:
- Basic understanding of legal contract terms used in a SaaS company
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud Is required
- Experience with G Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a hybrid environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within deal desk, sales operations, contract management and/or related sales support
- Experience working with a remote teams with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
