Solustaff is recruiting for their client, a multi-national medical device company, a National Accounts Director position. The candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies with large IDN and GPO customers. You will work closely with the sales operations team to analyze market trends and create effective sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets. You will also work across multiple business lines providing the value propositions for new and disruptive technologies. Overall, the role is in achieving business success and requires a highly strategic and results-driven individual who has a record of exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Successful candidates understand the clinical, operational and financial aspects of the sales process and possess strong closing skills.

Responsibilities
- Establish and drive creative strategies to approach new customers with product portfolio
- Help customers strategize using new technology so that they can increase patient revenue, lower/stop revenuer leakage, and plan for lifecycle operating expenses more effectively
- Generate key insights through market analysis to clearly differentiate solutions offerings from competitors and build rationale for implementing new technology
- Collaborate with the entire sales marketing and service organizations to identify opportunities of bundling deals and creative deals with new customers
- Work closely with internal stake holders to build models, presentations, strategy documents and other tools for solutions proposals to support the customer acquisition process
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a business or related field at minimum unless candidate has at least 8 years of sales experience with emphasis on national accounts/enterprise level selling/business development
- Preference given to candidates with previous experience in the Medical Device/Technology industry. Long sales cycle/capital equipment experience is a must
- Proven experience in selling to the C level suites in a hospital and IDN/Strategic Accounts
- Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives, managing account relationships, and developing new account opportunities
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communications skills is a must. Also the ability to present financial data via proformas and business plans is key to success
