Your new role
As Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will take on an impactful, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary role supporting the Commercial organization. You will implement onboarding, training and development programs for our Commercial Department (Sales Development Representatives and Sales Managers) and shape the way we interact with our customers.

What To Expect
- Team Development: You identify potentials, knowledge gaps and tools that the teams can use to bring new employees to the goals as quickly as possible
- Onboarding: You design and implement onboarding and training modules for new hires and support the department in becoming subject matter experts
- Central Interface: You gather information across multiple teams and package it in an organized and understandable way to communicate efficiently with all teams
- Sales Training: You will be involved in the development and design of team playbooks, training materials and content for our Commercial staff
- Strategy & Analysis: You will develop a plan to implement the sales strategy and contribute to its execution by managing data and ensuring data hygiene to continuously improve the quality of our insights
- Engagement: You will work closely with Commercial Leadership to create a fully functional, knowledge-based sales organization
Inspire us by
- Background: You have previous experience in the Commercial Field, ideally Sales Enablement or Rev Ops / Sales Operations
- Project Management: You have strong content creation skills and are experienced in writing and documenting processes
- Communication talent: You have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills and a passion for helping people succeed through people development, training and teaching. You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Change Management: Ideally, you have experience implementing change management initiatives
- Performance: You are motivated and pay attention to detail
- Language skills: You have fluency in German and English (C1)
